Papaver orientale Helen Elizabeth

Single blooms of pure salmon-pink emit a light iridescent sheen that is simply mesmerizing, and blush-pink blotches at the center. Large poppies boast layers of crinkly petals that closely resemble crepe paper, and top stiff stems that keep them upright and visible to passing hummingbirds.
