Avant Garde is an amazingly lush variety in a refreshing, clean hue of pale lemon yellow—an unusual shade for tulips. The luxuriant, fully double blooms so closely resemble peonies, at first glance even seasoned garden pros won't be able to tell the difference. Strong stems keep the heavy blooms upright and highly visible in the garden or vase.
