Dinnerplate Dahlia Lady Darlene

Add impact and rich color to the landscape with the massive blooms of Lady Darlene. Showy yellow petals with red midribs and tips give it a flame like appearance. These stunning flowers grow  9" in diameter and prove to be a spectacular show in sunny borders and vases. Blooms all summer long through October. Remove spent flower heads to encourage more blooms and maintain a neat appearance. Easy to grow, but not hardy, take care to lift tubers in zones 3-7 in the fall and store in a dry, frost-free location. Deer tend to avoid.
